Random Acts is a simple kindness app. It does not require an account.

What stays on your phone

Your daily deeds, points, streak, badges, rank progress, and any friend nicknames you add for the local scoreboard are stored in this device's browser storage (localStorage). They are not uploaded to our servers.

What we don't do

No sign-up or login
No location tracking
No contact list access
No ads and no sale of personal data

Hosting

The app files are hosted as a static website. The host may keep normal web logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

Safety

Only do deeds that feel safe and welcome. Never pressure a stranger. If someone declines help, respect that and move on.
